To start an insurance policy (with any company) you have to provide personal information as is required to become a client and have your insurance needs serviced. This information typically includes the following:

- Phone number
- E-mail address
- Date of Birth
- Social security or taxpayer identification number
- Accounts at other institutions (i.e. autopayment of premiums – electronic funds transfer)
Additionally, we might also collect personal information about you from sources such as:
- Information listed on subscription and account opening forms, insurance agreements, and managed account agreements;
- Information you provide in the normal course of establishing an account with us including, but not limited to: applications, questionnaires and other forms;
- Information concerning your business transactions with us or others.
Information about You that Aloha Insurance Does Share
Aloha Insurance works hard to offer and provide products and services that are most beneficial to our customers. To this end, we may share personal information with non-affiliated third party entities (such as insurance carriers and/or brokers) as needed to provide agreed services and products to you in accordance with the law. We may also share non-public personal information with other insurance institutions of which we have joint business arrangements/partnerships for appropriate business purposes in the course of managing and/or servicing your account. Your non-public information may also be disclosed to you, persons who have properly identified themselves as your authorized agent/representative, industry regulators to satisfy Aloha Insurance’s regulatory obligations, and when otherwise required or permitted by law. We could also potentially disclose your non-public information to companies contracted to assist us in managing our business. Companies we would hire to execute services of this type are not permitted to use this information for their own business purposes, and are legally obligated to handle said information with strict confidentiality. Their use of your personal information is limited only to the execution of the specific service being provided to us.

Aloha Insurance does not disclose (or intend to disclose) your personal information to non-affiliated third parties with respect to former clients.
